Ill be honest spending $10,000 in Lost Ark is sooo dumb. You are supporting the problems within this game. They are tracking item levels to see progression so anyone not playing legitimitly and is paying to win is attempting to bypass the rediculous supplies needed to hone for the current raids. You are supporting the 1% hone rates and the mass amount of items needed to get ro 1445. Shame on you and anyone else spending money in LA. You are part of the problem within Lost Ark and you are supporting these aweful gameplay loops by paying to win rarther than experiencing the frustration and voicing that frustration.

I have seen in a couple places across the internet temp bans for seemly no reason. Eventually some of them got a reason why as being refunding shop content.
Almost all of the ones with that reason purchased a cosmetic or something recently off the AH that has real money tied to it. Guessing they ban the holder of the item while they investigate the refund. Most have reported unbans.
I have used rewasd for the controller since the ingame version is a little clunky. Not sure what you could use for the keyboard to get it to act like a joystick though.
No Amazon does not have accurate data. This bans are not done manually. Read my thread and how to find out why you were banned since AGS doesn’t tell you.

So you request your data from Amazon, it took me like 3 weeks to get mine. But I also have a lot of transactions with Amazon. Not sure if that is why it took so long some get it sooner.

Once you download this you get a zip that shows all your Amazon Games Information.
Once you know why you were banned, then you can dispute it. of course if you cheated, enganged in RMT etc then don’t expect your ban to be lifted.
