Any update on the disconnect issue? I been DCing on everything i do now. It is alot worse. 10 min playtime and then dc all day.

Its not my PC @Eulah . I’m constantly getting EAC or some other game errors. Makes it super frustrating. I just want to know if you guys have ANY kind of update on the issue. I know this is on-going.

I understand your task but it’s a bit hillarious to try this again and again for SIX WEEKS when there are absolutely no updates from AGSwhich would make sense.
Is there at least one single person in the whole company that would understand how EXTREMELY annoying these DCs are and how much time, ingame loot etc. have all the players already lost (without any compensation etc.)?

I’m truly sorry for this situation our team are still working non-stop to solve the situation with the disconnections.
@Mysel I understand it’s a bad experience when you don’t receive the loot because of the disconnection and also I know you want know exactly what its going to be compensation or how this is going to be fixed but unfortunately we don’t have the exactly information about this at the moment but you can rest assure that we will handle the situation in the best way possible and as soon as we have an update we will let all of you know!

the servers are dying the god damn Party finder are dying EUC is legit lagging idk about other regions but it’s unreal it became 10 times worse than last week if this keeps going you guys will have another Launch Fiesta again where people can’t actually join lobbies or make one for 10 min or 50min i don’t blame you i blame the people who never cared enough to give answers to you so you can give them to us

I think you’re making it clear with these posts that nothing more is coming from ags side anyway and you’re putting it down to the players, right?
I have played the game over 2.5k and have not had 5 DCs or other problems in that time.
After the patch almost 2 months ago I have now daily DCs and other problems with the game (and also all with whom I raid complain the same suffering) … It’s definitely on my end.
