Upon exiting Shadow Market, I now get Cannot connect to server. Exiting the Game

Character Osya, Windows 10

I had just finished with the Shadow Market “Dungeon” and I was exiting up the stairs and suddenly I get “G0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT Cannot connect to server. Exiting the game.” And true to its word, I was dropped out of the game. I checked and made sure the server was up, it was. I tried connecting again. I got the same exact error. The character screen says my toon (Osya) is in Frozen Sea. I tried connecting with one of my characters in Prideholme and that character connected fine. It’s just the character that was going from Shadow Market to Frozen Sea that gets booted out of the game.

Can you please try this troubleshooting:

1-From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
2-Select Network and Internet.
3-In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.
4-When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
5-Select Properties.
Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6.
6-Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
7-Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
8-Try launching the game again. A PC restart may be necessary.
