URGENT - Midnight Circus G2 consumed entry because of server maintenance

During your random maintenance last night, I was in G2 and servers went down. I got no ticket for G2 once servers got back up. I need someone to attend to this right now because this is something that has been happening since launch with your game. How do I get my ticket now? And by now I mean today.

Midnight Circus Legion Raid - Ticket NOT Refunded?

Hey all! I’m going through the forums and I’m starting to see an uptick in players not receiving a refunded raid ticket for this raid when kicked out. We have an automated system that while has worked in the past, seems to have something against clowns… If you have NOT received your refund ticket please respond with your player name, server and how long ago you were kicked and still with no ticket. This will help us gather information and see where we can find the disconnect. Thank you so much…

I had this issue yesterday with the random maintenance (not the weekly one) but it seems this has been happening since the weekly maintenance and nothing has been done to fix it eventually affecting even more people with the following maintenances. I get no answer in that thread above that the other person linked. I guess it’s just one of those threads to show that something is happening about the issue when in fact nothing is happening. Game is full of bots and RMT but ok whatever I don’t care personally, not even Amazon cares but you ignore the community like this for a problem that you caused? I want an answer from a responsible person to my question: Where is my refund ticket for the raid you locked me out of because I happened to play during your RANDOM maintenance?
