[Urgent] Net problems EUC SERVER

Hi, i’m posting two screens where i show you my latency that is changing randomly when i’m playng the game *

especially

  • when i’m doing Kakul (the new raid)
    when i start chaos dungeons
    when i start any raid, it can start from being 16-31 ms and become 266 or more after few minutes. (For example i did a Vykas G1 and G2 with 31 ms and G3 with 250)

Did anyone solve this in any case? I’m using google dns and my provider has no nets problems.

Same problem, it’s not a isp connectivity issue, me and my brother share the same connection and i’m the only one getting lag spikes, only some accounts are affected as far as i know.
This needs to be adressed urgently, 300ms is a lot in a fast paced game like Lost Ark, literally cannot play any raid right now.

I’m tryng to verify the integrity of files on steam meanwhile…
Update:
Nothing changed, even if steam had done 2 updates

I created a post here: Ping issue since the merge update?
I even asked someone from another merged server while doing an Oreha run if he had the same problem and he said he does, I just want to know if there’s any issue being worked on, basically you’re not alone, it’s the same for me and my friends :sob:
