I was disconnected before my partners pass Valtan hard model P1,now i didnt get any rewards and i am cannot enter P2. Please reset my Vltan process,many thanks!

how can u prove u did it and not get rewards, if u cant - forget it.
My P1 does not show pass
yes, that means u already did it on normal or on hard, noone will believe just your words, if u dont have screenshots or video footage or something else that can somehow prove your words, they will most likely reject your request.
A second thread won’t help you either. ^^
