I misused my Feiton Pass, having used it on the wrong character.
Currently, my character Sinstera on Regulus has it(she’s still at the cutscene for the pass). My intent was to use it on a newly created character but I forgot how to actually use it. I meant to use it on my level 1 warrior, Remmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Is it possible to have the Feiton pass removed from her to allow me to put it on another character?

I’m sorry to know you used the Feiton Powerpass on the wrong character.
At the moment this can not be reverted, even if it was made by accident.

Would it not be possible to remove that character and administer a new powerpass? Seems like a pretty simple fix. 
There is no warning message about this being an irreversible change. Is there a more formal format, IE ticket system or email correspondence this can be taken to?

I can’t promise you can get this changed if escalated, but it can be looked into there.
Very Frustrating that there’s no check before using the pass…
Did you get it fixed? I had the same situation that I clicked the powerpass button after created a new character, supposing it would be applied to it directly but it was used on my level 930 character instead.
