I recently used the powerpass on my account and I can’t see the chest - I’m worried I accidentally deleted it and that I just wasted my powerpass on a character that’s going to stay 460 iLvl. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I am sorry to hear you seem to be having trouble locating your Power Pass. Please note these are delivered to your mail system, from which you need to claim them, and then you use them as an inventory item. Once you have done that, you will be able to select which character to use the pass on from the Character Selection Screen. Unfortunately, if you dropped the Pass, these are not retrievable again.
Do verify if the item is either in your mail as a retrievable item, in your inventory as a consumable, or in your character selection screen.

I already claimed it from my mail as a retrievable item and I used it on the character screen with that character. That character was T1 character and was taken to Punika but the chest with all the gear is missing from my inventory.
