I am still waiting if they solved the valtan bug I have not completed it but the door was blocked due to the forced maintenance they did last week I was inside the abys when the serv was closed when I started and I was blocked the entrance to valtan hard
Yeah have the same issue… PC crashed, my guild completed valtan hard, i was able to come back but wasn’t able to get loot and was stuck inside. Checked and had the same issue, open Gate 2 but locked out due to entries, even with 2 left.

I am sorry to hear about the problems with the Valtan Gate, currently only the automated system is able to issue a re-entry ticket to your account, this is issued within the first 24 hours from the time of the error, here is the original post with more information about this automated system:
Be aware that the system may not pick up all crashes or errors so If you don’t receive the re entry on your in-game mail you will need to wait for the next week’s rotation, I am sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.
