English CMs have been MIA since this started on saturday, but German CMs have pretty much said no we aren’t getting anything. So yeah just give up.
To everyone reading this and having the same issue. Just remember this the next time, if your not contemplating quitting, you feel like swiping for the shop. Remember every time you swipe you help keep these useless/rude cms/support people employed.

CM’s basically only dump bad news on forums nowadays…They haven’t been able to do anything besides that for a long time…
This is what happened when I reconnected to the server after DC, I spent all my time trying to beat Valtan, but the week was almost over and I lost my ticket

Same here, we cleared gate 1 and got disconnected after receiving gate 1 reward. Now my whole team cannot enter gate 2 anymore. This is so disappointing.

Hi guys, I got almost the same problem, got suddenly disconnected, when my raid was killing Valtan, they did it before I could log in. When I got back, they were waiting, but I could not take the rewards, it says I needed to clear all gates first to claim it, but the entry is gone.
No rewards, neither could open the chest.

Just an update to this, I have received a re-entry ticket for this today, even after being repeated told by customer support that there’s nothing they can do.
I think for everyone currently in the same boat, just be patient and it should come through.
I assume you were a part of the NA Mari server restart a few days ago that had 1 minute or notice? Or potentially the SA server (similar to Mari situation)?
So far is seems only those people were compensated.

Nope, I’m in NA West Valtan.
And it took around 3 days since the disconnect incident,
My guild and our 3 groups are also on NA West valtan and we all got dced from unscheduled maintenance 3 days ago, and none of us have our tickets yet.
Were you affected by
- Server restart with barely any notice
- The maintenance that was announced 6 hours prior
- The unscheduled maintenance that had 15 minute warning
- None of the above?
None of the above, my incident was not related to a maintenance but a server disconnection error while my raid proceeded to kill the boss which cost me my entry by the time i got back.
They are so inconsistent then. They repeatedly said that your own DCs do not let you be eligible for re-entry tickets (I’m glad you did get yours though as it’s still bullshit). But many of us who got screwed by unscheduled maintenance or server restarts are still waiting which is no fault of our own.
