How about you actually change the way the system works ?
It is not acceptable that thousands of players are getting screwed from doing the newly released content. (you only see the vocal minority on the forums)
Help the players , stop relying on the automated system to do everything for you, there’s need to be some human input . Losing a full week of valtan rewards is literaly the worst thing possible yet you don’t seem to give a damn. (why does it even work that way is mind boggling)
Do something before reset or you will lose players + revenue , this issue is bound to happen EVERY WEEK
Absolutely an option, to completely change things up. Hence the planning to talk to the team Monday and see where we can improve things. We don’t enjoy seeing players locked out or missing out on content.
I’m glad to hear that , hopefuly we can get some sort of form to fill with server info , character that is locked etc on the support when this kind of things happen (easiest thing to setup i believe).
Because even in the best case where you get a ticket , you have to wait for it, and your premade will not always be nice to wait for you 24-48hours.
I lost 1 challenge guardian raid entry due to “emergency server restart” 2 days ago. Didn’t bother creating a forum thread or a ticket about it because I know nothing gets done and it’ll be some excuse like it’s an automated system or system deems you are ineligible to receive a refund entry ticket.
btw this happened to me way before server maintenance time, around 8-9 mari time because of the server issues. i dont think there’s any excuse to not fix our entries for this. my guild ending up clearing so even with another entry now ill have to pug. major issue!
I am on same boat and I just did a live chat. The support said that the system is automated and the ticket will be re-issued if it determine the DC was caused by the game and not player-side. So basically the company is telling poor players don’t play their game. If you cannot afford a decent computer with stable internet, once you get DC, your weekly lockout is gone. Or if there is a random power outage, say goodbye to your weekly loot. I am not sure if this is the same in KR, but I don’t think this is how you suppose to treat your player base.
Apparently KR issues tickets immediately, so it is a fault of AGS systems. I’ve been playing since launch and never heard of this issue, nor has the game warned me of such things.
I’ve always received a re-entry ticket in the past and don’t understand why this is any different other than a bug that needs to be fixed and compensated.
I really hope that you can talk with the team to get us re-entrance tickets. My friend is quitting for a week because of this situation. It’s really ruined a lot of our weekends.

This weekend is the only time I have this week to spend a few hours raiding the new copy, because this sudden maintenance makes me and my teammates unable to go back in. I spent a lot of time promoting to 1445, which has completely become a joke
Me and my entire party got disconnected and we can’t reentry the second gate, support just gave the usual “we can’t do shit about it” answer… AGS is killing a great game
