Issue: Me, my guildmates, were running Normal mode Valtan on May 21, 2022 Saturday at 10:00 PM. It was the day when the game had a maintenance at 12:00AM for couple hours. Our party cleared the first gate at 10:30PM, went to second gate and kept contiuning to try to clear until 11:59PM our client got disconnected. Next day, our whole party grouped up again to clear second gate, and figured out that our entry count was lost. So basically on our UI it says that the Legion raid (Valtan) was cleared. But when we went to the legion raid board, it said that only first gate was cleared, not the second one. As I acknowledge, Valtan is suppose to have a checkpoint system where you can clear first gate and come back to second gate at any other time with even diferernt party memebers. I am posting a screenshot of our whole party not being able to go in saying that our entry count was exceeded. I got only first gate rewards and without the second gate reward, as we all know I pretty much wasted the whole first week. I want to receive a re-entry ticket to solve this problem. Been talking to about 10 different Amazon Gaming agents and figured that is hasn’t been solved yet.

Please ask support team do their work. Stop saying that you have the best servers in the world. You do not even have an average level customer support.
So Sad Trying so hard so you can be one of the first persons on get relic set, and you get stop for a Amazon mistake and you are now 1 week late, and they cant even resolve it …
Its so demotivating to even do raids now. What if the server crashes again and this happens? another week of no rewards? i’m so disappointed right now
Youre not the only one at this point ive decided to accept that ags doesnt gaf, we arent getting re entry tickets and if we do theyll prob just send them to everyone which legit doesnt help the people who already got screwed 
. Resets tomorrow hopefull can do valtan this week wothout an unscheduled na west server death that locks me out again

Been almost 2 weeks since I lost my entry and still received nothing but constant replies from support such as “We are unable to manually regrant entry tickets” or “Please wait 48 hours”. Whats the current situation now? Are we just going to take the too bad, better luck next time?
At the very least there should be some communication whether it’s a manual workaround or exception to the automated system so support/cs doesn’t feel as useless in the inevitable repeat of this situation come Vykas and later legion raids
Multiple people I know are having the same connection issues getting DC’ed, seemingly due to EAC, is there any word on this getting fixed?
@Roxx @Shadow_Fox any updates on the fix for the re-entry tickets regarding Valtan Gate 2? It appears the system is still broken for Gate 2.
We just need a streamer to get this to happen to them. Imagine how fast it would be fixed. So sad. Me and thousands of others are still waiting for our ticket from week 1, a week behind the people lucky enough to not have been playing when the servers went down.
The big streamers are playing on KR/RU server, so it ain’t gonna happen to them. They don’t give a F.
They have not even reissue the reentry ticket on the very first week of Valtan release…

Amazon and Smile Gate does not give a fxxx about you or their players. Your issue probably won’t get resolved because even they themselves don’t understand how their own game functions. Cheers.

Yes, if you have this issue consider yourself fucked. They don’t even send an answer and it’s getting better when the response is “it’s your fault buddy”.
