Valtan DC and entry count lost?

Yep, disconnected towards end of G1 Valtan and by the time i came back, boss is down but I couldn’t claim rewards and now locked out of G1 + G2.

I know this is a server issue as I was on discord and I could still hear and talk.

Please reissue re-entry ticket AGS.

Sytem should only lock out if the the gate was cleared dc and no clear = no lockout like in wow the id is only tracked with the kill so no hiccup ever can give id without a kill

Same issue on Mari server, my whole Valtan hard group was practicing gate 2 when the server went down, now it shows same as you have here. Horrible system, I have been playing MMOs for decades and I have never seen a server shutdown cause a lockout. Please fix this system and make sure everyone gets a re-entry ticket. This is a server side issue and if the automated system does not fix it you need a way to compensate players or fix manually.

This is such an Amazon games thing though, and I am not optimistic about them fixing it or even doing much about it, “we are sorry but tough luck” is what I am guessing we will get.

I was playing the second gate and the server game disconnect, me and my friends lost the weekly entry please help us @lostark

Same here but the problems was not me. the Sever shut down suddenly during running valtan hardmode gate1 And Now they said weekly entry count exceeded. I am really stresses about this problem And I did report to gm but now around 30h i dont even see the Re-entry ticket at all.

Hotfix maintenance happen and with only 15minutes notice, there’s no forum post about it until few minutes after the maintenance happen… now all of our party member lost the valtan entry, we didnt clear it and we cannot attempt to try valtan again. Also i already waited for 24hours! i tried to talk to one of the live chat staff and he told me i should have the ticket and make me do verify steam files and i had to queue 3k! after that i still dont receive the ticket… I asked again in live chat support and got different person and he told me to wait again for another day… this is so bs… and this happen on weekend, its hard just to make schedule so we can attempt together and now we got cucked by this bs, DO SOMETHING AMAZON…

yeah impossible to schedule a time for our guild to finish it. Basically its going to be just hope it gets resolved by the time weekly reset happens and you can find a group on your own to get it done. This whole thing really sapped my motivation to play the game I haven’t done a daily since maintenance. I guess now we know not to have the audacity to be playing the game when an unscheduled maintenance happens now.

Same issue here. Even if you give me back my entry count, my teammates and I may not find another time during weekdays. This is the releasing week of Valtan. Your slow response is like slapping players in the face and telling them that they should suffer due to your fault.

So even if we didn’t quit the raid “in the correct way” and instead got kicked off by an unscheduled maintenance. I don’t understand why we cant go back in with the same group. Is this really how it is supposed to work?

Just like many others here, my guild group has cleared gate 2 since i was locked out moving from gate 1 on friday night due to the server issues ( hours before maintenance). This was 100% a server side issue, so how come we werent issued re-entry tickets immediately? Then I would have had a chance to clear with my group last night. Now even if we do get our entry back, youre forcing us to go with a random group and slim chance of success. This is not okay and I hope the team is able to figure out a fair way to compensate us

This also happened to my entire party when NA west was taken offline with 15 minutes notice… we were mid-Valtan fighting and it was an UNSCHEDULED maintenance which occurred only for NA WEST.

Every member of the party has lost their entry ticket now :frowning:

I have the same exact problem as everyone else here.

We were mid fight for Valtan[Hard] gate 1 when we were kicked from the server from an UNANNOUNCED server restart. The servers didn’t suddenly crash, it was an intentional restart for the server with only a tiny 60 second alert in the chat box.

This was around 1 hour after the planned maintenance at [12am PT / 7am UTC May 21st] concluded.

When we logged back in we didn’t receive the re-entry ticket in our mail. To this day, we still haven’t received the re-entry ticket. Its absolutely ridiculous that we are punished for Amazon randomly deciding to restart the servers. Its even more ridiculous that Amazon has literally no way to assist people affected by their own incompetence. What a disappointing end to a raid I’ve grinded months for.

ya absolutely ridiculous I don’t have the slightest idea why you would ever get locked from a raid like Valtan without receiving loot. Entire raid groups not one person who just got d/c. Like the ID we were using never killed Valtan why would it ever work like that.

Please grant reentry ticket for Argos.
