Hello, today I was doing Valtan gate 2 Hard mode and at 2 bars left the game just froze but the music kept playing, I was w8ing for the DC error but got nothing so I closed the game.
When I tryied to reconnect (in the loading screen) I heard the sound of the cinematic while loading, I joined the game after the cinematic finished and got stuck on a bridge between the platform and the entrance. I didnt recieve any loot and couldnt use the bonus roll. As you can see there was another guy who also disconnected but it happened to him in the middle of the fight and he also couldnt get any loot nor bonus roll, also there was another blade that dced few pulls before the kill. I dont think the disconnects are at our end because the internet was working just fine.
I also tryied logging off and back in but the same thing happened (loadingscreen+no loot)
I contacted the support but I got the expected: if you dont get an automated ticket we cant do anything about it…
The same thing happened when I was doing Oreha few weeks back and didnt get a reentry ticket. At this point I’m just w8ing for the game to screw me over every week (Cube, Red portal, Oreha, Valtan).
Please help me get my ticket back (and also the person who was in our group and also lost the entry), I can post the original screenshots with their name in it if needed.
I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your game and thank you for sharing all of this information, I know how frustrating this can be. I would like to share that we have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:
The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
I dont get why can’t you just give us the ticket back, any other mmo support is able to provide an item recovery, we didnt get loot so it should’t count towards the kill, we should get loot when we tag the boss or be able to attempt it again. I posted all the proof about the dc, the automated system is clearly not working and it should give you a ticket back if you didn’t loot the boss. Why does it matter if it’s on my end on yours anyways if I have proof of what happened. And the loot wouldn’t even be a big deal if it didn’t literally put you behind for days. I guess it’s time to quit, my time is just being wasted and you clearly don’t care. I tried to love this game really hard but you made everything in your power to make me dislike it.
I completely understand your point, I have been in your place as a player myself, the reason why we can’t provide you with said ticket is as I mentioned before, we are un-able to re-issue these tickets manually, it is all done by the system.
What I can recommend is to create a post in the feedback section Game Feedback - Lost Ark Forums, this is the best way to get the attention of the devs and the community.
It is sad that we need to get the devs attention to get the ticket back.
Better connection wins the game. I do not know anyone in that team which means i will lose all the time T_T what a sad world.
