Hey, please clarify how this disconnect system works.
When you disconnect for whatever natural reason, and your party DO NOT kill boss just vote quit. The entrance is not consumed / ticket returned ?
I am asking this as this is for me the most concerning and confusing right now, people even mention cases like this getting locked out, but sure I have no clue if they say truth.
This dc situations when party do not kill Boss are not connected related in any way to your official note about “Only server side issue protects from dc”, that is only when you kill boss and party claimed rewards no?!
I am asking this because whatever system is in place is very concerning for Legion Raids, that at any point I just can lose entrance with no way or benefit of doubt was a natural dc.
So are we safe if our static party just press quit vote after any of our dc?
I would understand from in game pop-up it should be so, but again is confusing for me.
It’s clearly a bug where you don’t get the re-entry if the DC is caused by maintenance, probably because of a technical issue where normally the re-entry ticket is triggered by a give up vote from the remaining players, but if the instance is dropped by the server going down this does not happen.
They already gave out tickets for 1 maintenance, them ignoring the other maintenance that affected hundreds, maybe thousands of players, is just another indication of AGS incompetence
They’re going to wait until after maintenance today and then say it’s too late to fix it. Just remember this when you think about spending money on any AGS game again.
Behold! The fantastic “automated refund ticket system” we should trust as a perfect measure, even more than god.
Jokes asides, just remember this when thinking about spending money on the game, as Kirvin stated. In the future, if the company pays a decent support team or at least giving the actual support tools to really resolve our problems, than i’ll think about spending back again.
you should never spend any money on an ags game , they literaly have the worst customer support on the market , outsourced and done by 3rd world , they are only using lost ark as a cash grab. too bad it works for most people that care more about looks than getting human beings paid properly to fix issues.
Crucible was dead in beta. New world was filled with cheaters and lost ark is filled with bots and Rmt. they have a track record.
I want to point that I just ask I am genuinely confused how this “System’” works.
I end up doing a topic on support as none answered on reply. I really want to understand how can I protect myself from this OverPunishing system against natural dc, I do not own a internet provider company or power supply one with 100% uptime.
I am a happy player / customer and I appreciate all the improvements they made to game till now, I know this is not AGS designed system, but I feel also they won’t do nothing about it.
I made other topic about my opinion on this SYSTEM, which is probably gonna end up in " noone cares" category. I am completely disgusted about what the outcome of this system is, only problems and player experiences that overcome negatively whatever this system try combat positively by a mile! And I am saying this as a player that NEVER lost any entrances, is just even smallest sense of empathy can tell you what happens now with Valtan entrances on other players is disgusting. And also that IT can happen to me next!
