After the patch my game has been disconnecting a lot… Today around 7:30 PST I join a pub group in Valtan normal mode and he’s close to dying (9x health) I got DC. By the time I join back in, the team killed him and I wasn’t able to pickup any loot at all. My weekly legion raid drop down to 2 remaining… There’s also no refund ticket in my mailbox. I don’t know if I’m posting in the right section but can someone please help me, thank you.

The response from community managers has been that if you did not receive a ticket in the mail from the automated system than there is nothing they can do about it. Really shitty that they release a new legion raid, have several unscheduled maintenance and connection issues, and anybody who was trying to do the raid during these is just screwed for the week 1 rewards and entry.
Yep. Even those that got disconnected due to maintenance (and the unscheduled maintenance on NA West yestday that had little to no notice), which had NO warning that you will get locked out, still haven’t got a re-entry ticket yet.
This is heart breaking… I’ve been grinding to reach ilvl 1445+ to point my eyes are red. I am really lost for words and just want this issue resolve so I can move on.

I’m very sorry about this disconnections that you are experiencing and now more with this raid.
We understand that situations like this are very frustrating and that’s why you normally will get the restoration ticket on your game mail so please keep us updated if you receive it since it can take up to 24 hours.

Still, in some cases a replacement ticket may not be sent if it’s determined that the disconnection was not due to an error on our side, so please be aware of this too, if you consider this is the case I would also advice you to check the following link for troubleshooting lag and connectivity issues.

can you explain why it is even possible to get locked out from Valtan raids when nobody in your group completed it or received rewards when it is clearly stated in-game the opposite?
me and my group, lost entry due to server going into maintenance
just out of curiosity, is an unscheduled maintenance not considered to be an error on your side?
@kevinjl05, we try our best to keep our players informed about any maintenance on the game, we have a news section here on the forums where you can check for future updates.
Also I am not sure that you understand what a Valtan run means. it is not a ticketed event like cube or boss rush and normally you can go back and do it after leaving or failing. The event is also different from Argos where you are unable to go back and do phase 2/3 after receiving rewards for phase 1. The unscheduled maintenance caused many played to be interrupted during their runs and when they logged back in after the maintenance was over, their runs were marked as completed. Seems to be a bug and shouldn’t be lumped into the same category as people who were disconnected because they lost internet on their end while their group completed the run and received rewards.
This, i am not sure if it is a shitty design decision or a bug, but because we were logged into a Valtan run when the servers shut down for an unscheduled maintenance, our run was marked as completed and nobody in the group was able to kill the boss or claim rewards.
It’s been 24 hours since my original post and I’ve checked my mail and there’s still no refund ticket. What I don’t understand is that why non disconnected players, that completed Gate 1, has the option of re-entering the raid to complete Gate 2 but I can’t… The logic behind it doesn’t make sense at all. It clearly show that gate 1 was completed when I log back in the game even though there’s no rewards to collect. Putting the rewards aside, why can’t I continue to Gate 2 like other players? I am so confused so please please please bring this issue to the person in charge. I’ve grind several hours of sleepless nights just for this moment and the experience is demotivating and heart wrenching…
Same issue here, game crashed when valtan had like 10x bars yesterday and my party killed him but when I logged back in it said Dungeon completed and couldn’t claim any rewards. I raised a ticket with Amazon but don’t think it will do much…funny thing is that when I go into the Valtan raid thingy it shows that Gate 2 hasn’t been cleared yet I’m locked out of it. @Amazon @Greenvcs any chance of a fix please?
I completely agree with @Baixiachun , having to farm and spend $$ to reach a certain ilvl just to be locked out of a raid for the week when it clearly shows it hasn’t been completed is not ideal

We had a similar error, in ours we killed Valtan and he didn’t give us any reward, because the previous boss appeared on the map for some reason and the quest to kill him was active instead of the quest to kill Valtan 
LOL dude this is super unfortunate. In any other game this would be taken care of easily, but here it seems the support staff can do nothing useful to help players with bugs and their only job is to copypasta then disappear for days
Can anyone verify the amount of rewards (crafting mats) one should get for clearing both gates on normal? I think I got bugged as well but I’m not sure what the total amount is supposed to be.

today on my main character, (Zwllys, Agaton, SA) i got disconected from the server right before the party finished killing Valtan HARD Gate 1.
Once I reconected, the raid had finished and I didn´t get ther rewards, or the completion status to go to gate 2, and the entry count fot valtan is already spent, so I can´t do the raid again this week.
What can I do?
Im very frustrated.
