There was a 60 sec warning server maintenance last night.
Unfortunately, I was in Valtan raid and now I cannot get back in again because of the lockout.
People say there is a automated system that detect people like me and sending a reset ticket automatically but I do not see anything in my mail.
Is there anyway I can get back in again this week?
Srsly, the 60 sec warning server maintenance last night was too much…

I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your game and thank you for sharing the screenshot, I know how frustrating this can be. As you mentioned we have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:
The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

Then looks like I will be getting a ticket soon since I got DCed from Valtan raid because of the “60 sec warning before server maintenance(server side issue)” which happened last night.

There is a good chance you won’t. They can’t confirm that the 60 sec maintenance will be considered a “verified crash or outage issue on the game server side”, and they can’t do anything manually. There’s been other posts from weeks ago of many people experiencing server side crashes that never got their tickets. I wouldn’t hold your breath if we don’t get one within 48 hours of last night
The maintenance went for one hour.
The 60sec is the warning time lol
You know they usually give us 15mins warning time to logout safe but it was 60sec last night.
That is why I feel really bad on that T_T

Still waiting for the re-entering ticket.
They said it will take up to 24 hours.
I got like 8 hours left.
They didn’t lie. Their automated system is just utter useless garbage. It only sees in black and white. Verified server crash or outage? No? No ticket. Period. Since this was maintenance, their terrible automated system wouldn’t recognize it as a verified server outage. Therefore, no ticket. Widespread EAC error? Too bad, that’s the clients’ problem. No ticket.

I don’t think a vague post from 2 weeks ago will do anything to alleviate players’ concerns.

lost valtan entry on Saturday night due to maintenance
would I get reentry ticket automatically or do I need to go through support?
My entire team got locked out Valtan too. There is no entry ticket distributed to any of us.
It has been 34 hours 11 mins from Sun maintenance (June 12th, 2022 / 1:00 AM EST)
Still no reentry ticket.
I got maintenance compensation gift but no ticket.
Guess they don’t think the maintenance which happened June 12th, 2022 / 1:00 AM EST was verified maintenance.

So basically, CS staff is completely useless in situations where reality deviates from their scripts.
Unfortunately they are either not smart enough to understand this, or just not allowed to say anything else, so they will still give useless responses.
The facts are, gate 2 re-entry is bugged. You will not receive a re-entry ticket if you were DCed from gate 2. Both Roxx and Shadow_Fox have confirmed this, and said the devs are working on fixing it. No ETA. No mention of whether affected players will get the tickets when it does get fixed.
A lot of us are still waiting on gate 2 tickets as far back as 5/20.
If you were in gate 1 but had not killed the boss, you should get a ticket eventually though.

What happened to me was

Everything happened in like 5 mins.
Wish me luck.
In that case, they likely just need to trigger a manual process for that maintenance.
Roxx contacted someone to do that once for a maintenance that only had like 15min warning on 5/20 or 5/21, and people who still hadn’t received their tickets for gate 1 instantly got them (not gate 2 though).
