Was doing HM Valtan (g1) when I got disconnected. the team killed him b4 i logged back in. Unable to re-enter Gate 1 and now locked out of Gate 2 as well.
Would it be possible to get a re-entry ticket since i didnt even get rewards and i didnt enter gate 2 neither did the team kill valtan.

I’m sorry to know you got disconnected in the middle of a Valtan run.
We don’t have the option to re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance).
We have a system in place that will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If the cause of disconnection was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement entry ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

hello brother thanks for clearing that up, but cant you manually verify that i have recieved nothing and that i am indeed locked out, this is a real bummer as i was looking forward to clearing it on a saturday weekend day and now im just stuck, what about gate 2 which i didnt even get to enter (with or without the disconnection)
If the cause of the disconnection was a confirmed server-side issue, the ticket will be re-granted within at least a day.
If you don’t get the ticket and still you want to have this looked into, contact us via live chat so your case can be escalated and determine what was the cause of the disconnection. Just be mindful that there is no guarantee that the ticket will be reinstated.
I talked to the live chat a few times they said they can do nothing even after 24 hours as only smilegate can give compensation such as that can you please help out @Santoryu

That’s very unfortunate, but it’s ok. Maybe I’ll just try again next week. Yes, the game froze for like 5 seconds then I got a notification that I got disconnected, sadly , I didn’t take a screenshot for the disconnection code because I’m confident that I could reconnect on time. Then, the mentioned instance happened. I’m still hoping that I could still get a re-entry ticket, but if the system didn’t grant it, then there’s nothing that I could do.
