Valtan Gate 2 Lost entry Count

Dear Support,

I encountered this issue where I have lost an entry count despite not clearing the gate 2, where it ended abruptly due to the disconnect earlier today due to the maintenance which was only given a super short notice.

Please assist on this matter , and I think my guildies in the party are also affected.
I’ll list down the names:

Well, 15mins notice is crazy, so its not unreasonable to ask for re-entry.

Apparently they can’t manually give out re-entry tickets, there’s an automated system that does it, and that system according to Ymir will not work for maintenance, only other server issues.
