Valtan Gate 2 Ticket request (Disconnect)

Hello !
As you can see from the picture below, i was in the middle of a Valtan Gate 2 and got a disconnect error that forced me to exit the game, logged back in and found myself in Kalaja with no re-entry ticket.
Please Help !

I’m sorry to know you lost your ticket entry, I understand how frustrating this is.

In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Well it’s definitely not my internet from what i can see in my router statistics, but my team was pretty overgeared so i think they cleared it faster than i could launch the game again that’s why i found myself in Kalaja, if they cleared it does that mean i don’t get to have a ticket ?

@Firus i can’t enter even though it shows that the gate is still available but says Weekly entry count exceeded … still no entry ticket yet in mail.

Hope you are doing well!

As my colleague said in the post above, there is an automatic system that takes cares of this situation and re-grant the ticket and this can take 24 to 48 to you to receive the ticket.

Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

Once the ticket is delivered you will see it in game mailbox.

So please wait the time of 24 to 48 to confirm that you received the re-entry. However if you not received the re-entry in that time that mean that the system detect that the disconnection was not from that serve side and the ticket can’t not be delivered.

@Kagami yes sure i will wait up to 48 hours for my ticket i don’t mind as long as it arrives, just please explain to me one thing, how come with my other Alt, i disconnected last week in gate 3 vykas normal because of my end i had a power outage so internet went out as well , so not from your server side, BUT i still got a ticket to reclear gate 3 as soon as i logged back in ??? meanwhile here i am disconnecting from Gate 2 valtan randomly, my router stats are fine no signs of internet loss when i checked, event log didn’t show any problems concerning Lost Ark, so it’s 100% from your side but i don’t get a ticket ? it’s just so weird to me how this system works, it’s definitely not accurate. but hey as i said i’ll wait up until 48 hours if nothing i’ll be back to request it manually because i know you can do it as you used to hand them out via web tickets.

I really understand and since the re-entry is handling by the automatic system we don’t have the option to grant the ticket by ourself.

As you said the situation you have with you alt is indeed weird and I’m gonna report this to the Devs team to investigate this and verify if is all good with the system.

i just received my ticket , mark this thread as closed, thanks for the support o/
However just as feedback, i think you should make the game start faster, the errors not force you to quit the game, make the game’s net detection a bit forgiving so you don’t get insta connection lost error when you internet lags out for a split second.
