Valtan Gates - Locked out of both gates

I’d like to first address a similar case that happened previously:

I see I’m not alone in this issue. However, It boggles my mind as to why this is the case.

Backstory: I had an internet outage a few bars before the boss in Gate 1 was killed by my party. The boss died while I was still re-opening the game, and therefore I could not get the rewards, as you’ll see in the photo attached below:

I understand the game’s inability to address this, so I’m fine with not getting any rewards.

However, when we wanted to move on with our lives and proceed into Gate 2, I’m apparently out of entries!

I reach out to Amazon support, whom were extremely kind and helpful, they helped created a ticket for me and we waited for a response. After some time, this was the final verdict:

The big issue is that I was the only support for my group. They did however, continue and were able to do it without me, which I’m extremely happy for.

But It’s just too sad that this is how the system is. We didn’t even attempt gate 2, and you know as much as I do that these 2 gates are not linked with the same entry ticket. I can get over this, although I was dedicated and have been doing Valtan hard for the bones since its release, but please consider fixing this for the future. People who get disconnected from the first gate shouldn’t have to get locked out of the second gate.

And in the event you can do anything for my case, I would also extremely appreciate that.

I understand how you feel about being locked out of Valtan due to an internet outage.

We don’t have the option to re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance).

The current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

He lost G1 rewards because of disconnect, and he is fine for not getting the rewards, and doesnt want access regranted, but he got disconnected in GATE 1, and actually managed to connect back into G1, he never even entered G2. WHY ON EARTH IS HE LOCKED OUT OF GATE 2 ?!?!?!? In what universe this makes sense?

Congratulations, you just lost yourself one of the most dedicated players.

You know, some can-do attitude would work wonders, instead of NOPE, NO, NO CAN DO, DONT HAVE. Even if you cant help @Patricko911 right now, this should be brought up and adressed for the future. Not just we dont have an option (which i cant wrap my head around) and we’re done here.

Really disappointing response and attitude.

Should upgrade to 4 updates a week instead of the current 2, might eventually get to a meaningful issue that’s been locking people for a few weeks now.

It saddened me at first but I’ll be happy to announce that I’m glad it turned out this way. I’m not the type of person that likes to get involved for the long term in games that don’t give two damns about their player base. You’ll notice from the very first picture I posted, I was a founder :smile: It was worth the time. Quite a good game, but sadly run by the wrong people. The gaming industry isn’t like any business. You can’t depend on numbers to make it successful. Either players are shown compassion and that they are valued, or they’ll just up and leave. I know I’m just one person right now, but this will be a lot of people in the long run once they realize a simple problem that has a simple answer can’t be granted.
