My character, Vigimite, is on Mari server. I was doing Valtan hard mode yesterday (i.e. July 7th) sometime in the afternoon. Partway through the raid, Easy Anti-Cheat kicked me from the game for a false positive detection. Upon rejoining Lost Ark, I am now unable to re-do Gate 1 as I have entered the raid, yet I am unable to do Gate 2 as the game has not registered me as having completed Gate 1 yet.
While I am aware of current policies regarding lockouts, I would very much appreciate a re-entry ticket to complete the Valtan raid, thank you!

I am sorry to hear about your gate 1 registration issue as you were kicked out from the game due to EAC but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .
