Valtan no reward or lost entrance

Hi Tech Team,

I was in Valtan hard mode tonight and game crashed on phase 1 then I lost my entry for the week without loot and box. Game crashed twice before the boss died. Help!!!

Re-launch Lost Ark

I did al those steps after i relaunched the game and it turns out now I cannot get any loot or re-entry.
