My raid crashed yesterday and I was completely locked out of gate 2 from any of the rewards. I am very frustrated that I can’t receive the materials for the relic gear. Shouldn’t there be an implementation where you aren’t locked out until you receive your rewards? seems flawed that if you enter you are locked out if a game crashes.
I’m hoping IT sees this and reimburses with a ticket. I emailed amazon and they said I would receive a ticket for this but I’m yet to see that in my inventory.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you got disconnected while on Valtan raid.
I understand how frustrating is to get disconnected in the middle of a raid. In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations, and in some cases the system gives the ticket back, however it can take more than 24 hours to give you the ticket, and we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience. Here’s a post that explains better how this system works.
