I had a blackout yesterday pm when i was on gate 1 hard valtan region raid. Near to the end of the gate i had a disconnection caused of blackout. When i logged again i had no rewards, chest and basic reward include, totaly nothing, in the window gate 1 and 2 were uncleared but the game didn’t allow me to enter. After 24hrs still no ticket refund. It is frustratting cause legion raid are important to progress in game and lose a total raid for a bug is not fun. Hope u help me in some way, customers told me to wait 24Hrs but still nothing.

Entry tickets will be returned in the event of a verified server failure. Individual crashes / disconnects are not covered. See the post below for more info.
No, same the last week when it was server problem 
so you saying that you we must have the best internet in the world to play your game and call the internet company you cannot have maintenance and if you are going to maintenance make sure call me first so that i can stop my lost ark raid

Ya i lost my hard mode vykas entry because of the Maintenace last night…
Same thing happened to my on Vykas hard, the support is a joke too they just copy paste forum posts “answer”.
Any updates on your ticket bro? Same to me in vykas gate3… no rewards but complete and weekly entry exceed…
Like I said the support only copy paste a useless “answer” that if it’s not a sever side issue you can go piss off.
I also just lost my entry count from the maintenance.
Weekly reset happens in 1 hour they just finished maintenance early. Unless you mean entry count from Week 1.
