Put in a ticket and don’t stop until they fix it is your best bet, but they’ve never helped me in these situations.
Can’t you give me an answer?
if you are disconnected from a dungeon and you are fast enough to come back you get instantly in the dungeon. If you are too slow you get back in city and a compensation mail gets back to you.
However if you were in the dungeon then crashed and the other party members completed the dungeon without you and left the map before you re-connected, you won’t get compensation either. Maybe something like that happened to you?
If you contact support you will only get copy paste answers from forums, its doomed with this issue.
