Valtan server issue - locked out of P3 argos edit: more than Argos now after 02:00 emergency maintenance another server issue occured at 05:00pst costing guild run all weekly entry to oreha

as above Valtan server issue lost all loot from argos just then (09/04/2022)
Last time this happened was on 29/03/2022
some players were compensated with re-entry ticket I hope I can get the same treatment

Same issue, got kicked out of Valtan and lost my entry count and rewards from argos.
Hoping I can also get a re-entry ticket.

(I got my ticket from in-game mail. I’m assuming its automated.

If you didn’t get it in the mail you won’t be getting one. Its an automated system and support will not give them out.

Server keeps getting stuck - I can’t get past 75% on some of the load screens.

I am, stuck on a load screen going from one area to another area… again…
This happened around 20 minutes ago… its getting old VERY fast…

I can hear others playing, the footsteps of tiny ladybugs are running by, but I am stuck in the load screen for the past 5 minutes.

They need to take the server down and do some more maintenance…

yes but someone before said reentry ticket is automated and we did not get ours so i am worried

Second time I’ve got booted in an hour now, and can’t reconnect as it thinks I’m already in and then blocks me for 10 minutes. This is getting really annoying.

THIS IS GETTING DAMN FRUSTRATING. AGS please … make servers better and more stabilize.

They’ve said many times over the past 2 months that they do not manually give lockout tickets. So you will likely not be getting one, you can try speaking with live chat or submitting a ticket with amazon games support, I would not get my hopes up yet though.

Fair enough. Been 2 hours no re-entry ticket. After being falsely banned for 24hours with no compensation (apparently due to playing from oce high ping = server sees it as speed hacks) I said ok its only 1 day lose some mats no problem. Now losing out on weekly loot (2.7k gold, 50+ GLS etc) thats probably too much with valtan around the corner. I am simply losing motivation from playing (not trying to be toxic here just truth). Game is a marathon with friends but when something you have no control over is simply demoralising. any dev help would be appreciated.

I’ve had it happen to me twice as well and its incredibly frustrating, what you’re saying isn’t toxic its just realistic; I took a few days off after it happened the second time as I felt my time and investment in the game was not respected. In the end I came back though since I do enjoy it.

I will say that since this seems to be an acknowledged issue by Amazon Support, you may be able to get something from it, but you’d have to put in a ticket.

tried to talk to live chat 1 person did not reply to me for 30min (prob disconnected) the second person said they can’t do anything it is a known issue. been 5 hours no re-entry ticket pretty depressed I am just going to wait and see what this " compensation given out to affected player" is. Hopefully its not just one of these server wide compensation (couple of this and that) but a re-entry ticket
