Nah I play Na East without any single queue. I am just putting on a show where people wanted an inflated market and have to deal with queue, which one do people want? A queue with inflated market where everything is expensive as hell with huge queue or a deflated market with no queue where things are less expensive.
No, value of gold was insane before. It was super dumb that you could sell GHLs for 80g a pop and essentially have a considerable daily churn for gold so effortlessly. It was so insane that it’s still hurting the economy that is healing as the gold sinks in the game are some-what limited to players with insane amounts of gold, which there are a lot now
This is how it should’ve been right from the getgo, except all the prices would be much better if players wouldn’t have profiteered from the botting market, which everyone pretty much did. So we got an incredible injection of gold into the economy which piles up to the end game so that players absurdly still keep asking for thousands of gold for legendary main stat+3/3 engravings after failing to sell them for weeks for anything decent, because they overvalue them regarding the current gold selling prices because there are still players out there whose bank from selling all those GHLs for so long are still in the high end economy
Prices should fall in time. With the income we have right now, accesories prices should start falling as nobody will be able to buy on such a high price. I have seen this alredy happening.
Btw, if the income you have doesnt cover your honing… its just a though but… could it be that your item level is way higher than the content needs?
Since the bots are gone, life skills are actually worthsomething right now.
On average, you get two 5k life energy potions in Mari’s per day. I can make ~1.5k from excavating (crystals cost included, I also buy leap’s essence) every day by just selling mats, not even crafting Oreha or secret maps. Then there’s the fact that with leap’s essence drop rate of platinum field tickets is way higher and I get one almost every day, let’s say 5 per week. And I can get 2-2.5k gold from foraging solo run. That’s like 20k gold from life skills per week.
It cost me 10k, just in honing to bring a char 1340-1370. Thats a few weeks of doing argos/orehas well to pay for it. Let’s say a month if we also include the mats I could have sold that they used.
So upfront you have to wait to get that investment back, but then after that its an easy 5k or so a week for each 1370 you have.
1370-1400…not going to try to guess how much this costs as I’ve only done it once but I’d say 20-30k in honing costs going to 1415. At 1415 you aren’t doing abyssal anymore but doing val NM, still it takes a long time to earn that gold back.
The OP is right, gold could be tweaked a bit. IMO Una’s could be more. Your 4500 week makes me wonder how often you record your weekly and do an average. On average I get 1200g per 500 chest. That’s not 4500 for 3 chests…if you are averaging higher, you are lucky. RNG plays that way and if you getting 1k bar per week, very nice for you!
I’d like to see UNA give us more and maybe legion raids could be 1k more on val and 2k more on vykass.
Those who have 6 chars 1445+ might be possible they were doing argos bus before val hit and val bus week 1 etc…crazy gold in all that when you do it first, so if they already making crazy gold, the extra from raids be like cream to them. For the regular players, it will help with the honing costs.
Yep and even those who grind more then have characters at higher iLvl so their honing is more unlikely to succeed and costs more meaning more spending. I’m bouncing +/-10k between honing and daily gold grinding
None of your points really showed this in any way. The speculations are off and relying on the fact that a player has a lack of extended effort, and that they should be entitled to that lack of extended effort, is coming form the wrong place to begin with and hence does not constitute a real reason there should be any changes towards this.
Your gold gains are enough for your honing rates with the materials you get even if you play like this. If you want to spend some extra, then you need to play some extra. It’s about as simple as that. The only thing that is skewed right now is that most players profiteered from the inflated market (like I did) and are now sitting on piles of gold which means that the highest end gear/engravings is not going to go down in value as fast as everything else is, so they retain their value compared to things like honing materials. Which… is not a problem really in itself as you shouldn’t be bothered with this type of thing if you can’t earn enough to begin with
2 man argos bus = 4.5k per character. Valtan 2 man bus = 6k gold per character. Vykas normal buses are 10k per slot (you can do anywhere from 3 man bus to 6 man bus depending on iLv and experience). Vykas hard buses are 30k per slot (for a 6 man bus, so 10k per person).
Adding together with raw gold you get from raids, you easily make more from raids than selling mats.
Should have left the bots alone, and deal with a que or join a different server, you can thank all the ppl crying about bots ruining the economy , cause they couldnt afford stuff when there were tons of bots cause they didnt know how to make gold, so now they made everything worthless and now no one can make gold
