So I’ve purchased a Vanquisher starter pack in Zosma server. When I found that my friends were playing in Azena server, I decided to make a new account. So I went back to Amazon and bought another Vanquisher starter pack for my new character in Azena server (Amazon allows purchase of 3 times) so I figured I could buy and use it. But Steam won’t allow me to duplicate an order. If that is the case, do I need to ask Amazon for a refund of the second Vanquisher pack? or Can I still claim it on another character in different server?
