I attempted to trade the Chaos Dungeon Shard Vendor in Vern Castle and did not receive my items. I was exchanging Perception Shards for Destruction Stone Fragments, and I set the slider to the maximum of 10x. It took my 450 Perception Shards but I did not receive any Destruction Stone Fragments in return. I have no mail and it’s not in my inventory. The option for exchanging more is now Grayed out and “Unavailable” for 2 days. Please help me fix this issue, that was a lot of grinding to get all those Perception Shards and now they’re gone with nothing to show for it
