Vern pass not appearing

Vern Pass is not appearing. I completed the quest that gave me the pass(Ealyn’s Gift). The Pass is greyed out on the character I want to use it on. It says "You do no have a Pass therefore you cannot use one.). I don’t want to have to play all the way to Vern again.

It’s super confusing.
Pretty sure you can find it on your main character in one of the tabs at the top of the screen. Either the mail or the “claim item” thing.
Then I think you either use the item or it is used automatically when you accept it.
Then you go to character select to put it to use.
It’s been a long time, that’s my recollection. Good luck.

I see that you already finished the main quest that leads to the Power Pass, can I please know how long ago did you do it?

Also, as @Iamawall said, you’ll need to go to your mail and claim the Power Pass in order to have it. Thanks @Iamawall for your input in here!

Finally, if you give me your character name and server (main character) I can check for the Power Pass on your account.

Honestly im not sure how long ago I did it. I’m losing count of my days. My Character name is MrBirdiee Playing on Una, NA-East.

I found the email for the Power Pass on your character, it is expired. Please contact our Customer Service to file a ticket in order to check if it can be restored.

PD: Remember to check your mail constantly for you not to miss amazing rewards and the Daily Login Rewards!
