My problem is slightly different than other people.
I finished Vern questline and I am at lvl 50. I claimed the powerpass in mail and activated in my account on NA West server Valtan.
When trying to use the powerpass, I get a you “you do not actually have a powerpass to use message” .
My powerpass has an image And it shows Vern quest complete.
Please help,
