Voice not matching voice option chosen in character creation

There is an error with the mage/bard class.
The voice option I choose upon creation does not carry over to the game, I’ve deleted and remade the character twice to the same effect. I’ve made many classes and this is the only one that stands out like a sore thumb, as wrong.

To be specific, I chose Voice Type 2.
In game seems to default to Voice Type 4.

I always choose the least squeaky/anime-sounding voice option. It’s grating.

I am having this problem and a few others have as well. It’s really annoying and I have barely touched my bard because of it.

same problem here. i tried 2 and 1 and got something squeakier each time :frowning:

They still haven’t fixed this bug. Wasted 3 Appearance Customization Ticket (2400 Royal Crystals) because of the voice option not matching with the voice of the character after customizing it.
