So, i was doing Vykas normal with a group and one of the party members asked to leave, we finish gate 1 and all leave.
When we regroup the team to keep going on gates 2 and 3 i was the only one that got my entry count and coundnt entry on gate 2, no tickets received , it was not a disconnect i just lost my weekly entry because of nothing

I’m sorry to know that you lost your entry for Vykas, I know how frustrating this is.
In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

I know it is a ctrlc + ctrlv awnser from the support team, but as i said it was a bug, i didnt disconnect it was only a bug from the game, i left the Vykas gate 1 by myself
I completely understand @2k500io that is was not your fault or a disconnection on your side.
However as I said before, if the system determines that it was an issue with the server, it could take up to 24h for the ticket to be delivered.
