i got this when disconnecting before vykas was killed, as you can see its a guild run, something weird happened upon death i wasnt able to observe others and then i got the disconnect window, after loading the game ( 3 years later cuz the game takes ages) they were bidding on rewards and i couldt get the completition rewards, nor buy the chest, nor partake in the bidding nor get the goold of the bidding process.
and apparentely now i still got gate 3 uncleared as i can actually join a P3 again…what the hell is this ?

Sorry to know that you disconnected while you were playing Lost ark, also that you lost the rewards, I understand how frustrating this is, unluckily we cannot give you the rewards.
In this case regarding to the ticket entry:
We don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.
