Unable to re-enter Vykas. We completed gate 2 of hard mode and were voting to leave the dungeon, upon leaving the dungeon and attempting to get another player the game said I was missing an entry count. I was the only one in the party with this problem so I do not know what to do.

Same thing happen to me, i was disconnect when boss gate 1 die, after reconnect i don get any loot and i was think its ok but the worst thing is i also canât enter gate 2, the system said im not finished the gate 1, but my ticket already gone. SADGE 
same happened to me yesterday, did you song of escape? i did and now locked out of gate 2 after completing gate 1
Yeah imagine joining a raid in World of Warcraft or any other MMO, getting a disconnect and after reconnecting you cannot join your guild mates anymore, because âsh*t happensâ.
If u DC your weekly gone, what a nightmare 
same thing happened to me, i dcâd after completing gate 2 hard mode while watching the cut scene then I reconnected and was unable to claim the bonus rewards and didnt get the gold reward either. All i got were the raw mats that dropped when Vykas was beaten.
i dont even get any mats from vykas gate 2
Same here. We stopped raid for our break before gate 3 and limit count now exceeded⊠Only happend to me

Thank you all for sharing your experiences and I am sorry to hear about your lost entries and therefore the rewards based on getting disconnected near the end of a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
Weâve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
Bear in mind you cannot access Gate 1 again as the system will consider your entry to that event consumed and you will not be able to proceed to Gate 2 without having successfully completed Gate 1.
