so i was doing vyka’s G2 and i disconnected on gate 2 bar 20 i have a feeling that the party i was playing with managed to finish the gate.
now when i opend the game and logged again i wasn’t in the raid so i joined another party and it seems like im locked out of it with no rewords and no ticket which is weird because legion raid menu has a check mark on G1 but not on G2.
i tried to verify local files but still didnt work for me is there anyone who can help me please let me know.

I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your Vyka’s run and thank you for sharing the screenshot, I know how frustrating this can be. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:
The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

i have 1 question if the party completed g2 can the support handle to make it completed from my side as well so im able to do G3 and not completely locked out this week
Unfortunately we are unable to manipulate lockouts and while I understand that you have a reasonable request we don’t have the tools to change the lockout.
