I just ran Vykas Normal and after clearing the first Gate, I tried to claim the bonus reward chest for Gold. But after pressing View Rewards → Ok , i got an error saying “You cannot do that at the moment. Please try again later.”. The Group already went to the next zone and the View Reward button did not reappear.
I dont care much about the complete chest, only thing i need is the 1 Covetous Wing to complete my relic gear set. Is there a solution possible except waiting until the reset?
Where you in the next zone already, when you tried to press the buy button? That is be one possible reason.
The other reason could be a known bug, that sometimes the player cannot buy the chest (most commonly seen with the extra reward button not even being clickable)
I am sorry to hear you were unable to claim the Extra Rewards at the end of your area run. I see you marked the situation as solved but wanted to add some input on the matter. Please note if the team has moved on to the next zone, you will indeed not be able to reclaim this additional reward. Unfortunately and as you mention, this would not be made available again until the weekly reset.
This is not a particular bug but intended behavior, however, you can submit anything that does seem buggy in the Bug Reports section.
