I’ve seen alot of people has the same issue as me. Doing the dungeon getting crash after the new patch (the game is just closing) and my team clears the g2 vykas and guess what, my loot is gone my entry is gone and my reentry ticket is not gonna come back cuz “its not server related”. Like what are we supposed to do?? We lost our time and my static cannot play the dungeon further cuz im the support… It says that i didn’t clear g2 but i cannot enter the dungeon anymore to do it again. Weird bug and please you have to do something about it cuz its gonna keep happening to random people

Oh also i lost my Valtan p1 run aswell 
And i can’t play p1 nor p2 again cuz of the same bug.

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected during a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
