Vykas Gate 2 - client closed all the time

I have 5 characters in Vykas gate 2. Simply the client closes unexpectedly in all situations. I’ve done numerous repairs and still the error persists.

After 1 hour of testing.

  1. Time region UTC - Brasilia.
  2. Windows is up to date, and I don’t leave the automatic updates mode to download;
  3. I live alone, and my connection is 500MB, I don’t have problems with the internet.
  4. The only program I use besides the game is Discord, which I closed to test by the way.
  5. was in fullscreen mode and I changed it to borderless mode.

I made chaos gate, Raid, Una’s, Arena pvp. I went to try vykas again and the client closed.

Alright, while I wait for an answer. I uninstalled and am installing again. Hope it works. This problem started from the last update, honestly still don’t understand. I enter the game, I do different contents and there is no problem.

I reinstalled and the error persists. On the link you passed they asked to wait 6h. Talking to other players they are reporting the same thing, asking them to post here on the forum. But some have difficulties with the language and just give up opening here in the forum.

Brel g1 to g4 not problem.

Thank you for sharing this, I just wanted to inform you that we must do this because we need to troubleshoot all issues to make sure that it’s not something different and we refer to customer support as well to make sure the support team can get as many reports as possible to gather all the information and provide that to the devs with the information gathered in the forums as well.

Thank you for your sincerity. I understand perfectly, I think it’s this captcha issue because of the following there was a general update and only one region has the captcha. I think this is what must be happening because of the following: when I’m playing out of nowhere it crashes as if something were being opened but it doesn’t open, that’s why I think it must be the captcha that is not here for our region.

Today I spent the day trying to complete this vykas (g2) gate and every time the client closed. I have characters trapped in the gates of vykas(g2), brelsheza (g3). The Oreha, Argos, Valtan, Kakul gates can be done normally without any problem.
p.s.: starts at 13min

After a few days, the same error persists. Upon entering the character the game crashes. I’ve already formatted up to the computer and changed the operating system and even then the error persists.

the problem still continues, unsolved. it’s easier to blame our pc than to take on the bugs in the patch.
