I recently had a problem with the Vykas raid…
Upon finishing the second gate, I needed to fix the bomb and grenade setup for the third fight. unfortunately I accidentally clicked on the shortcut and my character started the “Song of Scape” and without my realizing it, after all I was fixing the setup for the fight, my character left the raid.
The problem is… I haven’t received any return tickets and I can’t finish the raid.
I need Legion loot and I don’t think it’s fair to waste the week over it.

I’m sorry you lost your ticket entry playing Lost Ark, I understand is frustrating; we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.
