Lost went had a black screen while i was alt tabbing during vykas. Game was running but it was a black screen. It was 30x bar, party completed. While i reseted i got back to mvp screen with all 8 people still there but we completed it. No reward or gold, theres the chest but its empty.
I need a response as soon possible, this thing sucks when queing up is terribe already and just for this to happened.

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry on getting disconnected on Vykas but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .
