Vykas Lockout. Why is this a thing?

So I had my power flicker twice mid part 2 of my Vykas run. Wasn’t able to get connected between the two flickers because I had to wait for my router to come back online and this game takes forever to launch. Now I’ve lost out on being able to run for the week?

  1. Why does this system require an “entrance ticket.” The game can clearly track which gates I’ve done. Just allow me to enter on whatever point I am on that tracker.

  1. This was a guild/static run where I sent them a message on discord that I had DC’d and they were waiting for me. Why am I autokicked after a set amount of time thus locking me out of rewards? Just allow people to votekick after a set amount of time rather than remove them from the party. They knew I was coming back removing me from the party just forces me to be locked out.

If either of these things were implemented the issue wouldn’t have occurred and I wouldn’t have lost out on my entrance for the week. I don’t understand why the system requires an entrance ticket at all. I was really looking forward to running this content with people and now I missed out. The first time clear is the most enjoyable and I’ve now missed doing that with my friends. I’m pretty demotivated now.

I know there is probably nothing you can do since this wasnt a “server side” issue. Please pass feedback to Smilegate on entrance ticket / party removal.

same as you bro and i already waited 37hrs yet still didnt get the support ticket… imagine you take off day to clear this raid dude to reset changed to wednesday yet this shit happened and all they do is copy and past same thing to everyone to ask you to verify game files or wait up to 48hrs for the system to check if you are verified by server crash or outage. if you disconnect by your own internet then your weekly raid is gone. so what you should do is better get the fking best internet in the world and make sure before the internet company do maintenance must call you first incase you are doing raid so you can stop the raid HAHAHAHA.

In the same boat here. I was the only one who got locked in our static on gate 3. And since it wasnt a server crash but the fact that WE TOOK A FUCKING BREAK they wont do anything about it

Cant wait for brel with 6 gates so the chance of getting fucked is doubled :smiley:

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected during a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.

We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .

I mean I don’t really expect one. It wasn’t on the servers end. The system is poorly designed from jump. There is no reason I can see to require the lockout at all if it tracks your gate progress.

imagine spending time and money on this game so that you can do legion raid at item lv but this shit happen. speechless…

I mean good for you I guess? They have a clear post on when you get a ticket back and its only server side issues.

Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

the only content per week & you get locked out. No wonder ppl left the game as AGS is incompetent

To be fair the system is designed by Smilegate not AGS.

I am sorry to hear about your disconnection caused due to a power flicker. I can see @Smashbro has correctly let you know of the standard response to these scenarios and the process listed therein is accurate as well: an automated system is in place that will grant re-entry within 48 hours only if the disconnection was due to a verified crash or outage on the servers.
