I am sorry to hear about your lost entry on getting disconnected on Vykas but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .
Ive gotten a re-entry ticket in the past, even when it was just a random game crash, so I’m not sure the exact criteria needed. There is no way to get the ticket if it wasnt done automatically?

Regarding your question, the re-entry ticket it is given by the automatic system if this detects that the crash or. outage issue that disconnect the player on the game server side.
In that case you will need to wait 24 hours to receive the ticket and if you don’t receive that we will not be able to do so manually and that means that the issue or crash was not on the game server side.
