Vykas server disconnect april 28 took my weekly argos

Hello, I’m sorry if this is the wrong place to put this. I couldn’t find a separate spot to submit a ticket.

Yesterday i started argos then the entire server got disconnected and went into maintenance. I was hoping to get another chance at doing argos if possible. Other players seem to think it would automatically compensate me in my mail, however i have not received anything yet.

This happened about 24 hours ago for me

@tcutler Have you received your ticket yet? I’m on Vykas and lost my Argos as well but haven’t received a ticket for re-entry.

No I still have not recieved my compensation after about 48 hours

Hey Roxx sorry to bother you again, what are our options if the automatic system hasnt distributed our compensation yet?

I’ts been over 2 days now, and i know its nobodies fault, it would just be nice to be able to submit a ticket or something official to be able to reclaim my argos.
