This is absolutely not even remotely similar.
You’re referencing failing a log in attempt, usually do to an incorrect password.
What we are referencing is a message saying that you’re ALREADY logged in, which requires that you’ve already authenticated yourself properly.
If this happens in WoW, which you can test yourself using two instances of an application, which Lost Ark prevents on a single virtual machine, It simply disconnects the account that’s already logged in. And if you continue you just ping pong DCs to let you know someone is using your account. IP verification is incredibly easy…
This is a design issue. There is no relevant information given to players/consumers, for a completely pointless system that accomplishes nothing.

I assume they are restarting the server again, to try and fix the issue. The first restart didn’t resolve all the problems, was done about 40-50 minutes ago. So we wait for the all clear, good to go message from the GMs.
Vykas looks to be all clear and processes have recovered, but we will continue to monitor the server closely. Appreciate the reports and patience!

It’s allowing me to log in, however on entrance of a character, I’m getting “Cannot connect to Server”
Frustrating considering there is a confirmed Wei card spawn up that we are missing.

so for those of us who were in an abyssal dungeon during the crash and and are now locked out for the week, i know the post 9 days ago said there was a way to get a re entry ticket is that automatic or do we have to submit a support ticket somewhere
i was porting from vern castle to rania village and got kicked and now can not log onto my main, she is stuck in rania village, get kicked everytime i try to log her in
I can also anecdotally confirm that all my DCs have been after song of triport use.

Just let it be known, we are missing a Wei card due to this. I’ve crashed twice now trying to get to it. Still unable to get to it.
Try a different character and using ship transport. I was able to get mine on a different toon busting a@@ over.
Tried to log in only to be booted instantly upon getting to the map. Guess were screwed on the Wei card.
Looks like it’s going to take a restart – more soon.
