I know they are trying their best, and they have fixed or sent compensation for almost every issue (except Naruna hot springs bug…) but it’s still super frustrating to have things like this happen.
i know, specially when week just reestarted
true but why is almost always just this server

What was the hot springs bug?
Killing seto while in clown world locks you out from getting the reward chest. It was marked as fixed in the patch notes last week but you still see forum posts on it. It’s been bugged since the KR version though.
Looks like things are recovering now. We’re still watching, though, so let me know! Thanks for your patience.

Oh, this actually happened to me on my glavier playthrough this week for the first time. Funny.

I got crashed out of Vyrkas and when I came back my character had lost ALL Super Express Event progress. How do I report this?
Character: Mehlis (only one on Vyrkas)
I think i lost chaos dungeon and an abyss loot 
Does this mean the servers won’t need a restart or rollback? I know people are reporting other issues now and not sure if I should play atm due to possibly losing some progress.
Excellent point. I’m going back to an Una toon until this is resolved – just in case there is a rollback to restore lost items, progress, etc.
Will make sure the team is aware, but would also submit a ticket to CS so it’s on file and those folks can help assist.
For those losing content lockouts, they will be automatically restored: Update to Timed and Ticketed Content Lockouts
What about the guild research being completed for some Guilds? I know you’re busy but that’s something that has hit a few guilds from what I’ve seen now.

will anything be done about the Wei card we just missed? this is only the third time we have one on the server
where exactly do we submit the ticket, i dont see an option in game do we do it here somewhere?
