Vykas server Maintenance Down

Thank you! This is my first data loss with the game since the original founders’ entry. Normally, I wouldn’t care about one missing drop or something, but this is over a week of progress on the Super Express Mission. Doh!

Lost full progress and can’t get again kind of loss? Just curious because if some people had it done and got a reset imagine the amount of materials you could get haha. Either way yeah that would suck losing so much progress if you’re still working on the character :confused: best of luck

yep I lost my Argos run this week and still no ticket on my mail

Hi my girlfriends main character currently cannot login. She can login to all of her other characters except her main. When she tries to login to the main she gets an error message “Cannot connect to the server” and then the game boots her out. Support helped move her character to Prideholm this temporarily fixed the problem, but shortly after she teleported to Punika and the same error occured and now she can’t play her main character again. We followed instructions to verify steam files but this obviously did not work. The character name is Hanarui on NA East Vykas. Is there any actual fix to this problem or is this related at all to the Vykas servers going down today. Please resolve this ASAP

so this is going on day 4 and no reentry ticket in the mail yet… has anyone gotten one yet? we have been told it will just show up… i even put a ticket in as was advised and no word since. it really shouldn’t take this long to fix

I don’t think anyone from Vykas server that was in Argos/Abyssals when the server crashed will get their entries back lol It’s been almost 4 days and nothing. I was playing in one of my alts yesterday, had to quit Argos and I instantly got the entry ticket back so…

I agree lol. Mine was from the hard oreha prevaza and up to this date, still haven’t received any re-entries. Aside from that, the server also resetted my Winter Illusion Tokens back to 0 after several server crashes. There’s gotta be a loophole on their “automatic system” fr. The fact that the server was literally acting up around that time and yet they’re still checking whether or not the crash is caused by internet connection of the players…

there are screen shots of the server being in maintenance right after we all crashed that’s why i don’t get the delay what’s to investigate? lol they put the server into maintenance mode we all got booted … which i guess is why it’s a problem its a lot easier to give one person who dc’ed a ticket than a few hundred, i normally wouldn’t even care, just sucks when your in the process of changing mains and i’m missing 1 piece of lego gear to boost the item level to try and get into a decent argos group

Makes absolutely no sense to me considering we literally have proof/screenshots that show something fishy went on with our server causing the crash and putting it into maintenance yet when I talk to amazon support the past 4 days they say the server statuses were normal and server logs looked normal…seeing EU get a maintenance recently maybe means we might get an actual maintenance soon? Probably just being too optimistic though as Amazon doesn’t seem to want to address that our server even had a problem and are keeping quiet on any type of solution to all the errors I have seen many Vykas players having now

A few days ago I queued for the argos raid and my game quit because the server suddenly went under maintenance. When I came back I didn’t get a re-entry ticket like I usually do. I was told it would take up to 48 hours but I still haven’t gotten it yet

same for me, server crashed right after joining argos on my sorc alt and have not gotten any reentry ticket. made a support ticket and was told it was forwarded to the devs on friday but have not heard anything besides that

I am still unable to donate silver to guild after the maintenance/update. Like wtf. It’s been a week now. I missed out on a week of bloodstones on 6 t3 characters. This is actually upsetting. I am not receiving any response from y’all either.
