Thank you for sharing your concern here on Lost Ark Forums and I apologize for the issue you faced with the lost entry for vykas.
I can understand how disappointing it would be to loose the ticket again.
For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket. And also I’d like to let you know that there is no provision from our end to manually provide a entry ticket to any of the player.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
