Unfortunetly at this time I do not have a video to show what I mean and have not heard of keyboard having the issue, but sometimes when the mech is happening the FIRST key input is not properly displayed, so say we have to input 8 keys, it only displays 7, so if you attempt the first one, unless you luck out, it will fail but then load up the proper 8. My shadowplay was having issues and not turning on to get a quick video of it but I wanted to mention this is a thing I have been experiencing.
Unsure if anyone else on controller has also had this happen and have been unable to notice any trend of when it does, seems entirely random, about 5-10% of the time it can happen on either of the 2.
i use a gamepad too, and i have a bug, instead of having “SASSEAQE” i always get “QQQQQQQ”, and Q doesn’t work on the keyboard and nothing workrs on the gamepad, the same bug happens to me with “letto” abyss raid, don’t know how to fixe it.

Not sure if you were able to replicate it, but it happened in my run this week. Keep in mind that it is the first time it happened since I’ve played the game, so I’m not sure how this is caused.

Thank you for this! I was unfortunately unable to replicate it until tonight and was going to post the video when I saw you posted this of it happening. I’m glad someone else was also able to help provide the info needed. I’ll post mine still as well incase there might be anything prior to it that could be found as a similar cause.
No audio from my mic as I had to reinstall shadowplay and didn’t setup my mic, but has a bit of before the mech to show what was happening
